Our new kids yoga classes are just what they need

Our kids yoga classes are designed to teach children breathing, body awareness, mindfulness and stretching. Yoga and meditation are showing increased benefits for brain development and managing stress levels, so this is a great chance to teach them young!

Each class is designed around a particular focus - posture, breathing, mindfulness etc which will help them to feel positive about their progress in every session.  We provide a comfortable, supportive environment for them to begin to understand their body and the world around them. Classes are held at 345pm on Thursday afternoons at our private training studio in Kingsland, Auckland. They are 30 minutes long and cost $10 per child. Our Yoga instructor, Amber Cloney, is a fully qualified and internationally experienced yoga teacher with experience of teaching yoga to both children and adults.

Bookings are essential as class sizes are strictly limited to ensure attention to each child in every session.
