The Active Lifestyle Semi-Private boxing sessions are a FUN, safe way to get active and enjoy your training. Designed around you, sessions are tailored for your health or fitness level and we use proven scientific training methods to really improve your fitness and maximise your results.
Our boxing sessions see you kitted out in proper boxing wraps and gloves, and you will be punching pads (not the air) with a qualified, world class personal trainer – it's the ULTIMATE stress relief and confidence builder! Even better, the group is limited to a maximum of 4 people so you’ll receive personal attention and focus EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU EXERCISE. This means plenty of one-on-one time with your qualified trainer to teach you exactly how to get the right technique for you.
I have never done boxing, what if I have no idea what I am doing?
Give us a call to come in and give boxing a try. We teach proper boxing technique and movement right from your very first session to ensure your safety and progress. You will never be asked to do more than what your body is capable of. We use our extensive experience and education to motivate, encourage, and challenge you without pushing you beyond your limits.

Is boxing a good way of training for me?
Absolutely! Our boxing sessions are designed to be fun and effective. Your metabolism will be stimulated, your muscles worked hard, and your heart will be pumping. Is boxing safe?
Boxing is safe with us. We are qualified and professional and your safety is of the utmost importance to us. We will provide you with gloves and wraps to protect your hands and wrists. You will be working on the pads ONLY with your qualified instructor so there is nothing to worry about.
What about all the equipment I need?
Everything is provided for you EVERY session. All you need to do is wear some comfortable clothes to work out in. There is also a private shower if you have plans straight after your session.
