How to get better results from the Hammer Strength OHP shoulder machine

Here's an awesome little trick for the Hammer Strength Seated OHP (overhead press) machine. Simple, FACE INTO THE MACHINE. The range of motion is much more natural for pressing and gives you a much more focused deltoid (shoulder) hit than sitting facing away which is how you're 'supposed' to sit into the machine.
