Competition Squat at 192.5 kgs, plus a couple of heavy negative reps. We train too! (Haha, we love training).
The final heavy week of training in preparation for the novice powerlifting competition in a couple of weeks. Confident I can put up a 550 kg total (Hit more than all the weights I'm aiming for in the gym, but obviously not all on the same day!)
Don't know why I'm entering my first one now to be honest, it's just 2 months after I pulled a muscle in my back. Hence that's why I'm not aiming to smash my gym PRs.
