Impressive work from A smashing his deadlift goal of 100kgs for 5 reps with us at The Active Lifestyle. He is 60+ and absolutely smashing his training sessions! He has seen a huge improvement in both is strength, mobility and posture in the short time he has been training with us, as well as an improvement in his golf game and his outlook on how he views training, movement and exercise in general!
